1-12 deca at 400 mg a week
my ? is do i split up deca into 2 or 3 shots a week like test 400 or do i shoot it all in 1 shot?

is this your first cycle??? if so only run 500mg of test a week and end the deca two weeks earlier then the test. Just mix the deca and test in one shot and do it everytime you do the t400. What anti-e are you taking and what about pct???

you do not need to run hcg, just get an anti-e like ldex or nolva. HCG is only used on long cycles and mainly used just to bring your balls back

i would think u would need to run hcg on any cycle
