I use it,but I don't like the bloat it gives me...I usually run it the first 12 weeks of a cycle,then switch to other compounds and my recovery has always been fine.

I didn't like deca ...I felt kind of depressed with it. Very common side with deca. I'll never touch it again.

Hehe... I was going to do my last inject 2 weeks ago, I am still on... I didnt want to be all crashing on PCT to my vacation in Acapulco... what did I do? Did inject day before left... did a sust rediject while in Acapulco and I brought a good personal supply of gear back on the airplane stuff in those big around cohiba cigar containers! I think I am on week 18 now... well I am going to do just another week or two of just straight test then give it up a while and let my cholsterol get back down and I think I need to donate blood...getting too many red blood cells.. plus this skin darkening/reddening bull**** side effect of steroids is getting to be too much... everyone thinks I am a burnt red lobster with sunburns all the time and I just havent had a sunburn yet this year!

Deca makes you feel like superman too... makes me way strong, much more then test does but you have to run it a limited time and best to keep up the test a few weeks after ending the deca... also for me, deca while doing test makes me feel fantastic... little aches and pains, not just in joints but in muscles, tendens, etc all GO AWAY... you cant over train your muscles on deca... never get after workout soreness, etc.

I like deca too, just use it properly....with test. My first cycle was 1-8 deca400mgwk 1-6 d-bol 30mg ed. It was horrible, I didnt know what i was doing back then and i learned the hard way. No sex drive and very deppresed. But ive used deca since then and loved it.

this is my second go around with deca . First time was with 200mg a week, and got good results, now 600mg. Ran fina the last cycle and personally wasn't too impressed by it. I may try it again to see if the results differ.

I do like deca . It did amazing work for my shoulders. But never use without test. It will hurt you.

Sorry for a semi-hijack here...but 600mg is overkill. 2mg per pound of body weight is more than enough. IMHO anything over 400mg EW is bordering on waste.

I love deca , not sure where all the negitivity against it comes from because in my opinion this compound builds great size and used properly is no different recovering than anything else.
I'll thinking most who say not to use it haven't themselves and are just jumping on the bandwagon.

I have never heard of any police department testing for steroids ...my friend has tested for 3 different departments and not once have they checked for it. It is too expensive to test for AAS, and the police aren't concerned with that. As far as steroids go, you should probably be more worried about the lie detector test than the drug test.
