    Anabolics 2004

    I'm going on vacation soon so I want a book to read. You guys know any cheap sites to buy this book? I heard its one of the good ones out right now.

    The book is a good read, however most of the info can be found online. I like it however b/c it saves alot of time.

    I bought one a few months ago....its def a solid read...check out allsportsnutritions site....they are competitively priced..and plus it would help support this forum
