i just injected 1.75cc between prop and b12 into my delt for the first time.. i actually have to say that it felt alot easier going into the muscle then it did in my quad.. is it supposed to be? or am i going to wanna cry later when it catches up...?? lol

i hate quad injections. probably my least favorite spot to hit. Except for maybe traps. But yeah like dabull said, it doesnt start really hurting until the next day.

well its the next day.. the injection spot on my delt is a litlte sore but id have to say it still feels much better then my quad did..
