the probem with research lab/liwuid clen is that its over dosed wich is good when its the 'bang for the buck' theory , but its a pain in the nuts to measure. 125mcg/1ml.
the usual recomended dosage for clen is usually start with 20mcg(1pill) twice a day and then move up with time. I would get a small insulin syringe or just a tiny 1ml syringe and measure one quarter of it..that will be one dose! take that twice a day for the first few days and see how you tolerat eit..then step up to half an ml twce a day and so on, dont go too high though,

Use a syringe to dose. If it's 125mcg/ml that means that every mark (10 per ml) on a syringe is 12.5 mcg.

You measure it out with a syringe. I wouldnt do the droper deal because you never figure out a way to measure it accuratly.
1/4cc = 31.25 mcg
1/2cc = 62.5mcg
3/4cc = 93.75mcg
1cc= 125mcg
An insulin pin is perfect get the hunderd unit kind
