susta=not good, wats good?

i'm a newbie, and if ever this will be my 1st cycle, most say susta is not good, what kind of roids/cycle/mg can you recommend , i've been going to the gym for 8yrs and i didn't achieve my goal, im 5'10" 185lbs 13%body fat, i want to bulk a little bit and have cuts and drop my body fat% to les than 10%
