Moderator arrested! How safe are the members of the boards?

received an email from Elitefitness.com saying that Jason Cholewa was arrested. My question now is, how safe is to post AAS questions in here now & in bodybuilding.com(where he was a moderator)?

I assume you can get the "DEA" to come and search your house just for asking few questions in a board!

What is the worst it can happen if you ask questions about how to properly use AAS?

Im not sure what the law states in the USA but here it is not illegal to use or posses AAS only supply.So there is no problem educating yourself about it

In Mexico you can buy steroids at "Walmart", so some Mexicans need info on how to use their fully legal store bought drugs.

I agree with EastCoastVIP. The DEA cannot come onto a forum like this and obtain warrants based on the questions people ask and what we all say. It is all just "talk" in actuallity. Because we say we used steroids or are going to doesnt hold any proof or evidence that we have or we plan to. I think that if a person had a case brought against them due to some other reason pertaining to selling steroids, then yeah, their previous posts could be relevant. But other than that, I pray that the DEA searches my house b/c of this forum, I will beable to afford the biigest cycle I want from the money they will owe me in lawsuites...

You could walk up to a cop and tell him you are a steroid user and nothing would happen (or crackhead, coc-head, crankhead, or whatever). Unless you are caught in the act or possession of the substances you're safe. The local authorities have no interest in staking out a "user's" house. Now if you are dealing, that's a different ballgame. If you don't believe me, just ask me.....

Your absolutely correct mman. And the dogs can's smell steroids. I know from a scary experience. We got tagged crossing back over from Mexico and were searched extensively. The dogs even sniffed our crotches (where they actually were) and didn't bite my nuts off......but that deca later did......lol. Anyway, we were home free and happy.

for them to arrest you they have to have probable cause, for example if they see an email with someone selling illegal substances then they can swear out a warrant and arrest you, but a person would have to be moving alot of stuff for them to worry with it. They arent interested in recreational users. Just the big time dealers. My bro is in law enforcement, this is how I know
