    Inject after workout????

    I just did Chest/Abs. I want to shoot in my delt after my shower. Any reason not to?

    done deal...

    I hit my first vein. Kinda freaked me out and made me hesitate before I stuck the needle in again.

    It's funny because a lot of guy give me sh*t for aspirating everytime saying, "there's no way anyone hits a vein in their delts or glutes".

    Only bad thing is I wasted about 1/4 cc of gear pushing the blood out of the syringe.

    It was your blood you could have injected it back in...

    I hit a vein twice in a role in delts. I stuck one arm and drew blood. Stuck the other arm and drew blood. Asperate everytime.
