when should i take the novadex

i tried some searched but there are to many threads with novadex in it,
i have started my d bol, just got my cyp and waiting about a week until i get my EQ,
i am going to run the dbol 5 weeks insted of four only because i dont have everything yet but need to start now, i will be waiting until EQ comes in to start the cyp.,
do i need to start the novadex now with the d bol or can i wait, i have alot of novadex so that is no problem, also should i take it with my d bol and milk thiste or maybe at end of night, or does it not matter.
also i have heard to take anywhere from 10-20mg a day,
can i start with 10mg and jump up if i see any gyno.

Its up to you but you NEED at least 10mg Nolva ED. I personally use 20mg ED as I do not want to wait unitl I GET gyno to up the dosage then. If you have it, use it. Also, I would stay at 4 weeks with the Dbol, and IMO you should have WAITED until you had everything. Just MO

start with 10 mg's ed, if signs of gyno appears, do 80 mgs, then 40 mgs ed until symptoms go away, when your cycle is finished, bump up to 20 mgs ed

you can take it all at once, and it wii not hinder gains

you can take the novladex with your cycle, the only thing it might to to hinder gains would be to decrease water retention and bloat.....other than that,at least 10mg ed is necessary. good luck bro
