Deca weekly dosage...

ok, I have Deca Depot, I want to do 400mg a week which equates to a 4ml injection
Can I do 2ml in each butt cheek once a week, say on Saturday,
or would it be better to do 2ml twice a week, say Saturday and Wednesday? I would rather do the once a week route, but I wanted you guys opinion on what works best.

bro, whats the point just to get it over with in one day? If you are already shooting two needs do 200mg on mon, then do 200mg on thursday. 2ml(2cc) each needle.

this is what I have...
"DECA DURABOLIN ( Norma, Organon) nandrolone decanoate 1 bottle (2ml, 200 mg)"
I got 12 bottles = 6 weeks supply
the reason I asked about 4cc once a week is because I travel for work during the week and I don't like the idea of flying with it.
I guess I could load a point and hide it in my shaving kit, but then I'd have to stick myself... which didn't go too well last time. My buddies girlfriend does it now (RN)
The question is does 4cc once a week work as well as 2cc twice a week?
I am also taking 50mg of Winstrol V daily. Which Is not a problem to travel with because I drink it.

You should get more deca and run it like this:

400 mg a week deca for 8 weeks
50 mg winnie ed weeks 5-10
Clomid 3 days after last winnie dose.

You can go with 400 in one day... it would be better to do 2 200mg shots but it's not worth the risk.

ok, I'll get two more weeks of the deca.
what if I do 4cc on travel weeks and 2cc x 2 on non-travel weeks? ok, now I'm splitting hairs...

Just blast the whole thing every Sunday. It will work fine.

I like to split them up, but due to the long hl of deca, once per week should do you fine.
