WHY does my a** hurt so bad???

Ok the past couple of weeks ive had my freind give me my twice weekly injections I had very little pain if any the following days after the injections. He was out of town so I was stuck with out a choice. So i had to do it myself. So I did and everything went smooth except I was very nervous and my hand was shaking so obviously the pin was moving around more then normal.
So my ? is why does my ass hurt so bad i mean so bad i cant even sit down on that cheak!!! Im taking t 200 and there isnt a knot or any dark spots so i know im ok !!! IM guessing its just really sore ???
ANY FEED BACK would help experince etc-

what size of pin did you use?

when u are shaking, u are moving the needle around inside of you, therefor, you are tearing up, and or irritating the injection site, its happened to me also, just be calm when you gotta stick yourself. you will be ok though.

Use some lube next time!!!! Pins are like little razor blades so stop moving it when injecting.

Why not go with a 1 1/2"? Thats all I EVER use and NEVER any problems bro. But yeah, slow the injection, and try using a heating pad and massage it.

Try to warm up the gear, relax and breath. That's what helps and think about something else while injecting when you look down you'll realize you're done!
