Hey guys just wondering if it's possible to inject glutes only for 10-12wks...I've done it for 8 weeks but that was only once a week..this time it's sus so hello 4x the pins. Towards the end of my last cycle it started to hurt a little but the benefits for worth it.
delts are painless
it you don't want to do delts, you could do left glut / right glut / left thight / right thigh EW, but you should probably include more sites. the thigh is my favorite because you can sit in a chair and pick a spot, very ez
Quads are the easiest and least painful(other than the glutes) of injection sites.
i just cant imagine stickin my glutes for a whole cycle especially sus, way too much scar tissue. i would take slitsoul13's advice just rotate around, my fav is my thighs and delts.
Its also alot easier to shoot in the quad yourself rather than having to look like a dog chasing its tail when injectingin the glutes.
Ya i've never done quads or delts but I've done a lot of research on it lately...one question though...everbody here says not to inject directly on the top of the quad yet the medical sites that I have looked at show that as being one of the 2 spots reccomended?? :unsure:
no clue bro, when i shoot into my thighs i feel on the side for that kinda hard line of muscle in the middle between my knee and hip, never had problems.Quote:

Rotate around to prevent scar tissue. the website TxJucieFreak pointed you to is great. I like doing Tri and Bi injections.

Yeah I used to inject twice a week left glute, right glute only. Then I realized I didnt want to develop lots of scar tissue so I went w.the quads...
