best way to take reforvit b

I have some 25mg reforvit b tabs. Whats the best way to take them. A guy at the guy told me to divide them into 4 quarters and let them desolve under my tongue and do this every 3 hours or should I just take a whole one at one time. What does everyone else do?

How much (mg) are you taking per day? Do what sk said and spread each dose out every 4 hrs or so.

i am going to take 35mg along with 500mg of t200

If you have 25mg tabs...how are you going to take 35mg? Also I hope you meant 35mg ref/day and 500mg test/week.

i thought 25mg plus half another one would be close enough to 35. and yes i meant 500mg of test/week

Then you should be good to go. One suggestion. Split the 25mg tab as well, and spread your dosages out evenly...every 3 hours or so.
