I do it every time, but im wondering how much you "pull back" 1/2 ml or more -or less???

.5ml to 1 ml should be fine, you should see a couple of bubbles come back into the syringe after aspiration(this is normal)...

I pull back until I see a few bubbles or blood, that's it.

i aspirate like a pig, especialy when doing legs. i leave the gym soaking wet.

if your pulling back to 1ml your wacked! just pull for the vacuum effect if it is hard to pull and you see bubbles forming your good, btw you would not even be able to pull back 1 ml.

after 100's of injections i just began aspirating 2 weeks ago cuz of some nasty bruising i inflicted upon my bicep during a spot injection. aspirating is a cinch and takes 2 seconds... i say DO IT!

I shoot with a 20ml syringe so I can aspirate atleast 10ml's.
Seriously though, I pull enough to feel the vacuum and see the bubbles expand. And that's usually a quarter ml or so. If no blood than it's a go.
