I do it every time, but im wondering how much you "pull back" 1/2 ml or more -or less???
Do some one get my point here??
Ask me again if not. (and ill try to explain..)
.5ml to 1 ml should be fine, you should see a couple of bubbles come back into the syringe after aspiration(this is normal)...
I pull back until I see a few bubbles or blood, that's it.
0.5-1ml is not "couple of bubbles"! why do u aspirate so much? i always heard that if u hit a vein when u aspirate blood is easily aspirate...Originally Posted by kronik
i just pull a bit and if i feel the "vacum" i just shoot... am i wrong?
same as me then... Feels good..Originally Posted by fabry
just to bubbles
If you look at the syringe when you aspirate you are most likely pulling back approx .5ml-1ml(that is not alot)...Originally Posted by fabry

I think he may be thinking perspirating...Originally Posted by twosocks40
yea... i just do a little bit, like less than 1/4cc. if you hit a vein you will draw blood into the syringe really easily. if you're in the muscle, it's a lot harder to aspirate it so you'll know when you're good.Originally Posted by SV-1
1ml...come on...that's a bit much........i agree w/ the vacumOriginally Posted by fabry
if your pulling back to 1ml your wacked! just pull for the vacuum effect if it is hard to pull and you see bubbles forming your good, btw you would not even be able to pull back 1 ml.

if you hit a vein you will know u dont need to pull it back much, when you aspirate blood will shoot up the needle

I never do it and never had a problem yet.

after 100's of injections i just began aspirating 2 weeks ago cuz of some nasty bruising i inflicted upon my bicep during a spot injection. aspirating is a cinch and takes 2 seconds... i say DO IT!
1ml back? you are filling the needle with your meat bro /jk![]()
I shoot with a 20ml syringe so I can aspirate atleast 10ml's.
Seriously though, I pull enough to feel the vacuum and see the bubbles expand. And that's usually a quarter ml or so. If no blood than it's a go.
