    Saw Palmetto-Beta sitosterol=healthy Prostate

    For everyone that takes Saw Palmetto I think you might find this something you need to know! This site describes in better detail then I am. Basically, one 300mg pill is stronger than 6,000 herbal pills. In a concentrated form of the active ingrediant in Saw Palmetto which is beta sitosterol. Check out this site.
