Fina flu, or infection........need help fast!

I went ahead and did my 7th shot of homebrew fina/prop that I was debating about doing earlier. It has been about 7 hours and I am feeling like S**T. I have hot and cold flashes and body aches and no appitite. My calf is still F**KING huge from swelling because of my shot on friday. My entire calf is red and it feels like the skin is going to burst it is so tight. My girlfriend says that the skin on my calf is hot to the touch. My tempature is 99.8. Should I go to the ER or is it just Fina flu. My calf also throbs uncontrollably when I stand up.

Any help here Bros?

Thats sucks bro. Good luck with the doc. Hopefully the cure will be just some antibios.
