Test Enathate frequency

Is it better to take 400mg Test Enathate once aweek or take 200mg twice a week. I'm stacking it with 125 mg Sustenon EOD.

actually hes d oing it smart...he probably wants to see how his body reacts to one compound...and to answer your question i have haerd for best efficiency to take it every 3 and a half days...like monday and thursday around mid day...

If it's his first cycle there's nothing better.

BTW twice a week is best.
