    out of your experiences, what would you guys say is more effective .

    From what i've read, most people say they are the same. Although some believe that injecting is more effective.

    I took winny-V from Upjohn. it was sweet! I took it with some deca. I started on week 5 to week 10.

    Its normally run for around 5 weeks and you can take it orally or inject the choice is yours
