dbol cycle
I have decided to add dbol to my cycle though i have never used it before i will run 30mg ed for 4 weeks. i have QV dbol 10mg tabs now i know i have to space my intake but is it like this for example"
9:00am 10mg
12:00pm 10mg
3:00pm 10mg
or is it like this:
6:00am 5mg
9:00am 5mg
12:00pm 5mg
3:00pm 5mg
6:00pm 5mg
9:00pm 5mg
which would be better??

Dude.. every 4.5 hours... you dont need to get a crazy...

i know dbol make you look puffy but how bad like a total water baloon or what will my head look twicce as big

I took 30mg in 10mg tabs, all I did was take one when I woke up, one ar roughly lunch (around 1pm) and then one with dinner around 6pm. No need to set your watch to it imo, I blew up good.

hey,
yep 2 x 5mg 3x a day is good (4.5hrs apart) thats how im currently running my dbol

Around meal time is a good idea to take em. I also like to pop one before I go to the gym.

Ya I'd always time it roughly 1 hour before I workout so blood levels peak in the middle of my workout, oh man that feeling is amazing.
