    Dbol question

    I am running dbol at 50mgs. I have the 5mg pills...Lately I have been taking the 10 pills all at once...but I don't think it's as effective...is it? What should I do...when is the best time to take is also?

    ideally you need to take one every couple of hours, or take them atleast once an hour

    If you are taking 10 pills I would just spread them out evenly through the day.

    50 mg of dbol is alot, just wondering what your cycle history consists of
