steroid diet Q&A
I would like to know if these facts are accurate,
1) body can only digest 40 grams of protien every 2 hours.
2) we need 2 grams of protien per pound of body weight to grow.
now for the questions,
1) how many calories should i shoot for in a day?
2) do simple sugars help in any way or are they a waste of time? ( bulk?)
3) where do vegetables fit in, are they a complex carb?
4) how much complex carbs (starch) should i be eating a day
I think dieting is my biggest weakness, im just looking for bulk - I'm pretty lean now and looking to put on 20lbs. of solid mass with my current cycle.
thx~

40 grams of protein every 2 hrs, i heard it was 60grams/hr i always hear different things, so i cant help you on that
2grams per lb of bodyweight, some use that, but most go with 1,5/lb i believe

1)It depends on what your goals are. If you are bulking, you should eat more calories than you burn. For cutting, you should eat less.
2) Simple sugars are very helpful post workout bulking or cutting. Particularly dextrose as it does not go to the liver first, but straight into the bloodstream. This creates a positive responce from insulin , and allows your body to resenthesize muslce glycogen faster.
3)Most people consider vegetables "filler" foods. Most contain little macronutrient value, they are a great help fighting hunger on a cut. They contain fiber aswell, witch is also helpful regulating insulin, and keeping BG levels stable on a cut.
4) Once again it depends. It depends on your goals and insulin sensitivity.

30-40 gr of protein otherwise can produce ketones. Yes simple sugars are very good post workout recovery . ps dextrose is a simple sugar commonly also called glucose the main form of energy in cells

Protein doesn't produce ketones? Ketones are produced from oxidized fat. Protein can keep you from producing ketones in fact.
ATP is the main form of energy in cells if Im correct.
Glycogen is synthesized from glucose in the liver, I believe.

I wouldn't even think of doing a cycle until you learn MUCH MUCH more about nutrition. No offense, but diet makes up probably 85% of "bodybuilding" and you would be taking an unhealthy and unadvisable risk by using steroids without knowing the "ins-and-outs" of how your body works and how to feed it correctly.

wrong steroids101. protein can produce ketones IF EXCESSIVE AMOUNTS ARE TAKEN ATP is the internal cell main fuel/energy. It comes from Glucose after conversion enzymes.
