    my left pinky has been going numb for a week

    every once in a while, my left hand would go numb,probably from the gh i did 3 years ago, but now my left pinky has been numb for over a week, i was training back and doing dumbell rows, and i could barely hold onto the weight, what should i do

    See a doctor, are you currently on a cycle?

    no. i finished PCT last week

    My left hand is numb right now too. I think I may have hit a bit of a nerve when doing a delt shot. Not 100% sure. I'm going to keep an eye on it over the next few days...if it persists I may go to the Dr.

    if that is the case, i might have hit a nerve with a b12 shot, but i used a slin pin, i would go to the doc but i dont have medical insurance

    when your hand goes numb...the quickest way i noticed to get it back to normal is run it under some running water.

    but it is only my pinky finger, i have almost no strenghth in it, i could barely hold onto the dumbell doing rows

    My hands go numb all the time now, seems it doesn't take much pressure on them to cause the numbness. I just lay with my arm under my wife's pillow and it's numb in a matter of seconds. BP and pulse are fine so I don't think it's anything to worry about.

    i know when you are about to have a heart attack, one of the symptoms is numbness down the left arm, i think it is how the blood is circulated through your body

    Could be the flow of the circulation...not sure.
