no. i finished PCT last weekOriginally Posted by thejuiceisloose
My left hand is numb right now too. I think I may have hit a bit of a nerve when doing a delt shot. Not 100% sure. I'm going to keep an eye on it over the next few days...if it persists I may go to the Dr.
if that is the case, i might have hit a nerve with a b12 shot, but i used a slin pin, i would go to the doc but i dont have medical insuranceOriginally Posted by Money Boss Hustla
when your hand goes numb...the quickest way i noticed to get it back to normal is run it under some running water.
but it is only my pinky finger, i have almost no strenghth in it, i could barely hold onto the dumbell doing rowsOriginally Posted by LilVito469
My hands go numb all the time now, seems it doesn't take much pressure on them to cause the numbness. I just lay with my arm under my wife's pillow and it's numb in a matter of seconds. BP and pulse are fine so I don't think it's anything to worry about.
I just bumped another thread on numbness...why is it always the left side!? I'm really curious now.

i know when you are about to have a heart attack, one of the symptoms is numbness down the left arm, i think it is how the blood is circulated through your bodyOriginally Posted by Money Boss Hustla
Maybe we're all dying!!j/k
Could be the flow of the circulation...not sure.
