what cycle to do
Im busy planning my next cycle but wanted to know what to take because I messed up my lates one threw lack of research. This is what ive done so far
- 2 x 4 wk courses of anobol
- 1 x 6wk course of 400mg test c and 100mg stana (split into 2 shots wk)
As well as multi vits and 2000mg creatin daily.
I didnt even have any PCT but luckily I kept my gains and didnt get side effects.
Id like to stick with orals if possible so needed some ideas on what to take and how much.

you cant stick with orals mate, liver toxic and you wont keep the gains
do a combination of injection/oral
100mg stana (stana = winny right?) 100mg a weekl is way too low just so u know for future
test + oral would be fine

Im aged 25 and dont know my body fat % but im firm all over so i guess its gonna be pretty low. My cycle experience is that which I have already stated in the first post. And yes, when I say stana I mean whinny.

im tryin to bulk, i eat like a pig and drink loadds of fluid and protein shakes but cant seem to get the size i want. I also work out whenever i can

***if you can get l-dex or a-dex get it.. run it at .25mg ed 1-pct
for pct you need nova and clomid....do research on pct and clomid
if your diet, training and rest is in check you can gain a lot off of this. technically i wouldnt call that last cycle a cycle at all! so i would take this as your first real cycle. trust me peace

yeah your right, my last "cycle" sucked big time. Wish Id done more research 1st. I may of well have thrown my gear out the window, now its gonna cost me more. Never mind, it will be worth it in the end. Il give my body a break from it for a couple of weeks then do your suggested cycle

I work out a minimum of 3 times per wk and do 10 minute run followed by 1 hr on the weights. If I have the time I will go more.
