so if u weigh in at 150lbs would 400mgs or 300mgs of Deca is a sufficient amount to run with 500mgs Test... some advice 2mgs per pound is the ultimate others recommand regardless of weight 400mgs running along with 500mgs of Test.....which one is it out of curiosity?

i've never beleived that your dosage should depend on your body weight. but yea 300mg/wk of deca would be sufficient with the 500mg/wk of test. but personally, i would have to run 400mg/wk

if you are going to run deca, 300 mgs ew 9 weeks, enth 500 mgs ew 10 weeks , i would just run test for 10 weeks, jmo, a lot of other people might say do both, but test will blow you up by itself with good diet and training, deca has a lot of sides, your receptors are fresh, so you dont need a lot of compounds, see how you react off test first

that is true, but with receptors being so fresh and responsive there is nothing like ur first cycle in size gains so i decided to include deca and still debating on d-balls in order to blow up beyond recognition. sides are all part of the game but u already know that....
