Iheard that when on juice you should workout 5-6 days a week because your muscles can andle it. But I just read that you should follow your normal routine like 3-4 times daily, what do you guys think?

I'm guessing that he's asking if he should stick to his usual 3-4 workouts a week or go to a 5-6 workouts a week because he's on some juice.
Be kind my friend. Many on the east coast may be suffering from insomnia right now, including myself, at 130AM EST. So idle babbling and typos are abundant!!!Are you saying you are going to lift 3-4 times a day????

One BP per week, bro. Standard protocol, whether 4-5?? but open for much discussion. Two a days are prudent/beneficial to some, when cardio is added to the daily regimen, for example.
Finding out what is right for you is the fun part!!! You will always ask yourself repeatedly year after year the same Q, so don't spend too much time thinking about it. Go with one schedule, evaluate. modify, change or continue.....

PlanetX's advice is great. The only thing I would add is that yes, I can work out a greater amount each week without underrecovering when "on" then when "off." It also depends on other factors, though-- whether you are bulking or dieting down, for instance.
