Deca, Once or Twice a Week?

I was wondering if you are doing 400 mg or more of Deca a week do most of you like to inject it all at one time in the week or split it up?( i.e. 200 mg 2Xs a week.) I looked around the forums and did not see anything on it. Let me know what you think. Thanks
