I don't believe it is possible to permanently increase your manhood by 2", but there are certain things that can provide a little more bloodflow allowing you to stay harder longer and add a little size. surgery is the bad way to go! reconstructive surgery is discouraged by all doctors and plastic surgeons because there is no way u can get normal/natural results when it comes to performance! for example they can make your penis bigger by surgery but it will look abnormal...it will have the 'footbal' shape or it will have big flesh lumps that are permanent! and with the new permanent changes there will be permanent bloodflow changes wich will mean only half-limp erections and just horrible horrible consequences.....just find a fat chick who'll accept you with your small size or some big time whore thats ready to settle down..they always take anyone regardless of size!!

ya, but the penis is not a muscles, its a sexual organ, so it wont grow with exercise, and plus, if that were true, they would have discovered it 100 years ago and every man would have a 14 inch penis. or something like that. do what i do. tape it to a desk with a lot of duct tape, then step back as far as you can, the more you do the more it will stretch and grow, it hurts at first, but its worth it, lol j/k.

I think there is actually a legitimate surgical intervention that cuts one or two muscles that hold the interior part of your dick inside allowing it to hang out. Seems to add 1-2 inches but frankly unless you're painfully small, is it worth having someone cut up your dick?

But after about 17-20 years old there is little besides surgery (and some small results from localized DHT).
