Hey guys...my opinion is that any AAS is a great weapon in the fight against BF.The AAS help u retain your hard-gained muscle during musle-eaters( hard diet+cardio ).A friend of mine wants to drop his bf ( now he is 24% ) to 18%.He is on a 1800cal/day diet and heavy cardio ( 45 min twice a day).He asked me what he could do to retain his muscle's.He is 35 years old,working out in the gym for over a decade,105 kgr,never on juice before.....
I was thinking something like that...
2-9 week test prop 75mgs/day
1-9 week proviron 50mgs/day
1-9 week nolvadex 10mgs/day
PCT ( 30 days of 100mgs clomid+20mgs nolvadex) a day after last prop shut.
Am i on right trucks here????
Any help would be apreciated
(every day injections isnt an issue cause his wife is a nurse )
