gyno removed, need to worry about tren gyno

once you had it removed. do you need to worry about tren gyno..ive never got it back after 4 years.. not while on drol or fina..but this time i'll be doing 100mg tren ed.. i only come off 2 months out of the year.. if i was ever gonna get it back it probably would have came back already, right..
