    help with aromatizing

I know that the AI's help the aromatization of test to estro, namely ,proviron, l-dex,arimidex. But there is a another source to help also. It's ZINC! Zinc can inhibit aromatase enzymes. With lower aromatase levels you convert less. I believe you should also take it after a large injection of a aromatize steroid ie. test. Large quantities gives a surge , the body responds by releasing aromatase. Adding zinc can offset this. Just food for thought guys. Although Im not taking large doses it is part of my supps. Zinc is also used for Pituitary function which sends the LH FSH to the testes. Another plus.

Zinc = Good. It should be in your Multi Vitamin already. It's in most, and I know I make sure it's in mine.

There's a pretty good read in the edu forum about p450, and it details lots of good info.
