I did my first injection yesterday, 250mg of sustanon in my glute. Everything went well, the injection seemed to be smooth and correct. As the day progressed my arse cheek started getting sore and more sore. I wake up this morning and its killing me. It feels like someone ran from about 10 yards with a pair of brass knuckles on and punched me in the ass. Is this normal or what?

Yes sust hurts a little sometimes. Its coz of the prop. As your body gets used to it, it wont b as sore as 1st time, but it might still be a little sore.

Welcome to sust bro. It does get better. I use prop everyday and my body hurts all week. Just goes with the teritory.

I shot sus in my thighes switching everyother time and it felt like a charliehorse. You will get used to it after a few shots and it will not be so bad.

done 5 shots of sust, 3 in thighs and 2 in pecs, thighs are a little sore the next day for a day or two but when i do pecs i have no problem. anyone else

sust hurt like hell the 1st couple weeks but after that everything is fine i kinds miss the pain i guess its just me
