eca question

Did any of you get cold shivers will taking an eca stack? I got them while running this morning.

was this the first time you did it? ho much of each substance did you take?
i personally cant take any ephedrine because i almost get heart attacks.

I've done eca cycles many times before with ephedra. I took 25mg E, 200mg C, 81mg A, 3 times a day today. This was my first experience with ephedrine hcl though.

High body temperature can cause you to get "the chills" just like as if you had a fever. Maybe your body cooked up a high temperature with combination of ephedra and running.

Not only that, you are in arizona.... maybe you broke a sweat.... I know I am from Florida where being wet doesnt necessarily mean you cool down any, but in arizona when we went in pool and got wet, we froze in the arid air when we got out even though it was 110 degrees... its because out there the water evaporates so fast its like being drenched with freon...
