How do I check for gyno?

Hey guys....I just wanted to know how you check for gyno. I know you have to feel for a lump but when I press really hard all I feel is little lumps everywhere. Is it visible to the eye? Is it possible to mistaken your rib for it? Or your muscle? My chest has gotten huge so all these new muscles and curves are freakin me out when I feel for a lump. Thanks in advance guys....

no its a small lump under the nipple about the size of a pea youll know if you have it your nipples with hurt or be sensative to the touch.
