Is something wrong?

not too sure what's going on...

about an hour ago (while watch'n TV) I suddenly got short of breath and my heart is beating so fast and hard i can feel it in my entire body and i've got major stomach cramp....

a few hours ago i shot my CYP and EQ in the glutes, but i've never had a problem or felt like this before...i'm really shaky too....


actually, to sum it up - I look and feel like i just ran 5 miles @ full speed....


anyone offer some advice?

Are you prone to panic attacks bro... sounds like your having one... I have them from time to time... Best thing you can do is walk it off. That's if you have had them in the past... Certain things bring them on like... Hard training, Stress, Big Events... Using steroids could definitely cause them... I know the first time I swallowed some dbol I got a bad one.

I have woken up with panic attacks so this isn't rare... If it's really bothering you go to the Hospital just to be sure.
