How long and how much of DNP should i be taking? I know its a pretty dangerous drug, but i got a lot of extra weight after my last cycle. i'm 5'10 220lbs 25% body fat.

i'm planning on doing another cutting cycle of just clenbuterol and ECA stack after the DNP. is that safe to do right after DNP?

10 days at 400mg of powder a day should be the average user. cycle on and off for the 10 days until you acheive your weight goal

if you work a 9-5 job where you need to interact with other people then i suggest 200mg/day for at least 2 weeks, preferably 3-4 weeks. this is much more practical than 2 back to back intense cycles and is just as effective and much more comfortable.

my girl is expressing some interest in DNP . she's about 5' 125 - 130lbs. is it safe for her to go ahead and use it too, how much and how often should she use it?

if she's not planning on getting pregnant within the next couple of months then try:

100mg/day for 2-3 weeks. if you don't have 100mg caps then go with 200mg every 36 or 48 hours.

keep up the antioxidants and other supps as suggested in the dnp educational thread on this board.
