Elbows been giving me trouble, i have no history of elbow pain, I was curling and could barely finish my sets, feels like huge bruises. I am on week 7 of test prop 400 wk and Deca QV 300wk, I work out everyday (diff muscles) and only take weekends off my gains are awesome but the pain is killin me, i know the deca is suppose to help with the pain but.....any suggestions?
