well i am goin to do a deca,test,dbol cycle! i will be running 50mg dbol weeks 1-4! i have all the nolva and clomid on hand! but my question is where can i get milk thistle from? is it a pill? and how much mg should i use? never took any liver protection! so can you guys please help?
any health food store sells it .do a search for the mg
1000mg a day and buy it at any online supplement/vitamin store

I bought milk thisle at walmart Spring Valley brand at 175mg and it was under 5 bones!!
