i'm sure cycleon will come through and give one of his patented answers, but b/f i'll tell you when i use milk thistle. i use it during and after ANY cycle. my feeling is that anytime you introduce AS into your body and make your liver filter that shit, then you should be using milk thistle
I ASKED THE SAME ? A WHILE BACK AND WAS TOLD TO TAKE AT LEAST 600 MG ED WHILE ON ORAL STEROIDS SINCE THEY ARE MAINLY FILTERED THROUGH YOUR LIVER.I ALSO HEARD THAT ALOT OF RECOVERING ALCOHOLICS USE TIS TO CLEAN OUT THE LIVER .I READ THAT ORALS STAY IN YOUR BODY FOR 2 WKS AFTER SO I WOULD SUGGEST TO TAKE IT FOR THAT PERIOD ALSO

hey bro,
when im on cycle i take 400 mg 4 times a day with meals, but even before i start my cycle, im taking 400 mg twice a day , about a month out, and then drop it to 400 twice a day again for a month afterwards also.
