please anyone help with my new cycle

anyone please help.
im starting a cycle on sustanon . im obviously doing the begginers cycle since its my first time.
i want to make it really safe beacuse im mad scared about hair loss.
while im on it im looking forward to take nolvadex , the problem is i dont know when to start taking it. since day one to the end?? a 10m tablet every day???
also at the end im planing on taking clomid which i know now how to take it beacuse on the beginers cycle it tells you.
my other question is..does nolvadex or any estrogen blocker also block dht? or should i take somehitng like saw palmeto???

10mg ed from day one is a good rule of thumb
i dont think novaldex blocks dht just stops estrogen from binding....you could try finastride that blocks dht

yeh proscar will help witht he conversion of test to dht. Saw Palmetto also has a small role in this, particularly at the prostate. Never ran sustanon but i wudda thought it would be a bad idea for a first cycle. If you can try test prop, that why if you get acne or hair loss then you can back out quickly

Well, if your a beginner, I hope you know that SUST needs to be injected EOD!!!! You should of stuck with Test Cyp or Enan.

So, your cycle will look something like this.

Week 1-10 Sust 500mg (splitting the dose EOD)
Week 1-10 Nolva - 10mg
PCT - CLOMID

well ive used many prohormones before and never had any side effects like hair loss or acne. you think that this gives me a better chanse that sustanon wont affect me ether????
and yes im planing on taking sust with nolvadex and clomid after im done
