sl has got it right overspeed training can really help your overall turnover. Squats power cleans and hang cleans really help your explosion as well. Might want to mix some jump squats in the mix too... I run the 100m in college and the 40yrd dash is my game so just give those a whirl and Im sure you will improve. Oh and some winny in the offseason never hurt either![]()
Whinny i hear is good for running, but don't that F**k your joints up? Maybe some eq with that or something if u odn't plan on tearing shit during the season
If you wanna get faster: Do yourself a favor and buy "Strenght Shoes". Work out hard w/ them for 3 months and you'll be one fast Mo Fo.
