Yes, I used it a few months ago just to be on something for a little bit. I took only the t-400 every 5 days and nothing else and it worked really good. I gained a solid 10 pounds and strenght gains were good also. Only thing was it hurt my ass. But no pain no gain. I would try it if I was you. Good Luck Bro,

yea t4 is good stuff man, im on it rite now, with nothing else, every 4 days.......my bumbum hurts like shit, and IMO it doesnt get better after a few shots...but im used to the pain, its all good....made sum good gains so far, about 8-10 pounds...and i got about 6 shots left, well 5 after today......
