i just ordered a bunch of clen tabs and they say 0,02mg now all i have read so far is all in mcg how many should i take a day tab wise 4 to 6 im on a gram a week of cyp too i just dont know the diff between mcg and what the sight says which is each pill is 0,02 ? help

1000 mcg (microgram) = 1mg

so 0.02mg = 20mcg
