Well i have gyno.....ive been on nolva 50mg ED for the past 4 weeks and it doesnt go away. My nipples are sore and i feel little raisen size lumps under my nipple. You can see it almost, it takes a horizontal shape...But my pecs dont sag at all like ive seen on people with major gyno.....Now i know i need curgery. My questions is how rountine are these surgeries, and if anyone has had one...And what do they exactly do???? Does it back to normal???? Or will this go away naturally, and should i wait after PCT too see if it does...
