when to throw in hcg

i gettin ready to start my next cycle a 20 weeker but not sur on when to use hcg .. i`m running it like this
1gram test-e 1-20
600mg eq 1-16
400mg prop 1-4
im thinking of using igf-but would that do the trick instead of hcg..

Dude..IFG will do nothing for testicular atrophy. It will enhance your cycle, but you wil still need the HCG to prepare the boys for pct.

I am going to throw in hcg 2 weeks before pct @ 500iu eod. I have also heard that 250-500iu w leading up to pct can also help which I will probably do as well. There was a good thread about this last week.

It depends on the cycle, on a shorter cycle you could ge away with a coupe of injects in the gap between the end of the cycle and before PCT, on a longer cycle id inject 500IU every 5 days until the start of PCT.

i did it 2 weeks after last shot and than after another 2 weeks
Bouth shots were (5000..ml.or mg...?) i dont remember,but i didnot loose any size and i was on ..OMNADREN 250
