    Exclamation A must read for those who need help!...

    Okay this link has all the ratings you will ever need to know about to make a good cycle customed to you read if you have the time if I missed anything please tell me... oh and yes I did copy this from other sites but I took all my info I had, from like 10-20 sites, and put it together to give you this info I made it myself so its not plaigerism. Please any comments or add-ons would be appreciated.

    No 1=lower 10=higher

    I.E. for cost 10 is a bad number but for strength gain a 10 would be great
