Opinions on clen vary so much I'm extremely confused. 2 on 2 off, every day, only duration of 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Please, those with experience. What works best for you, Men and women?

do a search for the " clen handbook" easy to find. it answers most questions..
to help you out a little it is 2weeks on clen then 2 weeks on an eca stack then 2 weeks back on clen
I've found it works best for 3 on. . .then 2 to 3 off, depending on nerves. I does make u very jittery.
1 week on 1 week off has worked best for me rather than 2w on 2w off and having to use an eca stack i have tried 2w on 2w off but i lost more b/f with the 1w on 1w off
