Some people will tell you to take 2 pills 3 times a day...but I personally can't handle 2 pills at once(i get a little to wired) So I take 1 pill every 2 or 3 hrs and that keeps me from needing Morphine to calm me down....But I wouldn't suggest taking 6 pills the first day...start with 2 tabs for the first day then increase 1 tab a day till you reach the 6 tabs...but if you take a ECA stack during the 2 weeks off then you can start back on week 5 with 6 tabs a day

Yeah i did start off with 1 tab just wondering about actually anymore than taking one at a time. Thank bro, Doc.
