    Although i wont actually take it for another few weeks to find out for myself, i have heard that EQ is amazing for that.

    running eq will boost your appetite but will take awhile to kick in.....adding b6 will also help

    yes eq rises the appetite but i think the hunger only kicks in at bout week 12
