    Injection site???

    I have never injected before. Please tell me in datail how to inject b12. non-IM injection that is. please list step by step process in detail if possible.

    go to spot injections.com or simply put in the search engine "where to inject steroids ", its that simple and gives you a list of sites that go into detail.
