    is 2cc to much

    is 2cc ok for a delt shot?
    I find it makes my quads a little sore. I dont wanna trash my shoulder.

    just did 2 ccs on my delt two days ago, youl be fine!

    I have done 1cc of suspension and 1 c of deca in the shoulder every 4th shot, I rotate injection sites: 1st shot left buttuck 2nd shot right buttuck, 3rd shot left shoulder, 4th shot right shoulder and then repeat the rotation.

    I am now doing 1 cc of T400 and 1cc of EQ in that rotating style shots.

    Nothing compairs in pain to the Test Suspension. It makes the T4oo a peace of cake. Just be shore to rub the injection site for a few minuts to help dispurse the oil from the area , helping to lessen the knot that can result.
